About HelKat Studio

HelKat Studio is an independent UK art studio offering original artwork designs reproduced as high quality wall art and canvas prints.

Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our artwork and products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings and the materials used in printing.

Product dimensions and specifications are provided on the relevant product page. Please check these carefully before placing your order.

Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).

The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged, unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.

Acceptance of your order is subject to payment being successfully processed and the product being available.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Payment

Payment is taken securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

HelKat Studio does not directly store your full payment card details.

Production and delivery

Some HelKat Studio products are produced to order.

Estimated production and delivery times may be shown on individual product pages or during checkout. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, although we will do our best to help resolve any delivery problems.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your delivery information.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, designs, images, branding and other original creative content displayed on the HelKat Studio website remain the intellectual property of HelKat Studio and/or Helen Gibb.

Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Artwork and images may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

Website use

You may use our website for lawful personal purposes.

You must not deliberately misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the extent permitted by law, HelKat Studio is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you will also retain any protections provided to you by the applicable law in your part of the UK.
