Stone and Sea

Stone and Sea captures the distinctive beauty of Calpe, where the monumental Peñón de Ifach rises from the Mediterranean in a composition of light, water and geometric form.

Soft blues, warm stone and muted gold create a tranquil palette, while boats and their reflections seem to dissolve into the still water below. The familiar rock is simplified into intersecting planes, giving the landscape an almost architectural quality.
